Thurs, 12th: Arrival. Coach transfer from Kuala Lumpur to the rainforest.
Fri, 13th: Pre-wedding activities and dinner party.
Sat, 14th: The Big Day. Wedding ceremony and reception.
Sun, 15th: Departure. Coach returns to Kuala Lumpur.

Arrival
Thursday, February 12th 2026
Coach transfer from Kuala Lumpur to rainforest resort in Tanarimba, Pahang.
Departs from:

Time TBC.
Malaysian guests can choose to make their own way to the venue.
Light dinner provided. Free and easy in the evening.

Morning:
A Malaysian Experience
Location: George’s (Gavin’s Dad) Orchard, Bentong
Tropical fruits, traditional Malaysian houses, waterfalls and rivers.
Dress code: Cool, comfortable active wear
Thin long sleeves & trousers recommended for preventing mosquito bites!
Climate: Hot & tropical
Evening:
Pre-Wedding Dinner Party
Location: The Leaf, Tanarimba
Delicious Malaysian food, outstanding views, great company.
Dress code: White, cream or beige coloured | Summer smart casual
Climate: Temperate
The Big Day
Saturday, February 14th 2026
Morning Ceremony
Location: Enderong Resort, Tanarimba
A simple ceremony surrounded by the rainforest.
Outdoor event with refreshments after.
Dress code: Casual summer wedding
For men - no suits needed. Smart shirt and shorts is fine.
For women - smart casual.
Climate: Warm
Evening Reception
Location: Tanarimba Event Hall
Drinks reception, sit down Malaysian feast.
Dancing, speeches, entertainment.
Dress code: Wedding attire - dress to impress
For men - Suit or jacket optional, as appreciate some are traveling from overseas.
Climate: Indoor, air-conditioned
Departure
February 15th 2026
Light breakfast provided.
Coach transfer back to Kuala Lumpur (Mont Kiara suburb).
